This website is a simple information page. It does not ask you to make an account, fill in a form, or hand over any personal details. Nothing you look at here is saved by the page itself.
2. What we collect when you call us
When you phone us to book a visit, we write down your name, your phone number, and the address where we are coming to, along with a note about the items you need sharpened or repaired. That is all we need to show up at the right place and do the job.
If you send us a text message or an email, we keep that conversation so we can answer you properly.
3. Why we need it
We use those details for one reason: to come to you, do the work, hand your items back, and answer any questions afterwards. We do not use them for anything else.
4. Who else sees your information
Only people working for SHARPENit see your details. We do not sell your information, rent it out, or hand it to advertisers. We would only share it if we were required to by law.
5. Texts and phone calls
We may call or text you about your appointment, when your items are ready, or to check that everything is fine. If you would rather we did not, just tell us and we will stop.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them to serve you and to keep basic records of the work we did. If you ask us to delete your details, we will remove them unless we are required to keep a record.
7. Children
This page is not aimed at children, and we do not set out to collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child's details reached us, call us and we will remove them.
8. If we change this page
We may update this page from time to time. When we do, the 'Last updated' date at the top changes, and the newest version is the one that applies.
